Diploma in Construction Management by Distance Mode

Students will be required to successfully complete four (4) compulsory core courses and two (2) optional courses.

At this point, only two (2) of the optional courses are being offered.
It is hoped that in the near future, more subjects will be included in this category to permit the student some element of choice.

The courses being offered in the optional category are:

Students will be required to take two (2) courses per semester beginning with two (2) of the core subjects in the first semester, then the two (2) optional courses in the second semester and the
remaining two (2) core courses in the third semester.
The research project is to be carried out in the fourth semester.
