Regulations and Entry Requirements

For Construction Engineering & Management and Construction Engineering Programmes, the applicant must possess:

  • A first degree with Honours (Upper Second Class) in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building or Architectural
    or
  • An equivalent acceptable qualification and
  • At least one (1) year of relevant industrial experience.

A candidate may be required to sit an entrance examination and/or complete introductory/qualifying courses before being allowed to read for the MPhil or PhD degree.
