Regulations and Entry Requirements

For Construction Engineering & Management and Construction Engineering Programmes, the applicant must possess:

A first degree with Honours (Upper Second Class) in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building or Architectural
or
An equivalent acceptable qualification and
At least one (1) year of relevant industrial experience.

A candidate may be required to sit an entrance examination and/or complete introductory/qualifying courses before being allowed to read for the MPhil or PhD degree.
