Dr. Charisse Griffith-Charles holds a PhD in Geomatics from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, and an MPhil and a BSc. in Land Surveying both from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She currently lectures and specialises in Cadastral Systems, Land Administration, Cartography and Land Surveying and has served as Programme Coordinator for the Postgraduate Diploma in Land Administration and the BSc. in Geomatics. She is a member of the Land Survey Board of Trinidad and Tobago, Vice President of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago, and President of the Fulbright Alumni Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
